Letter to Torrey Johnson from the Chicago Park District. This letter notified that his application for a permit to use Soldier Field was granted and there would be no rental charged, since there would be no admission charge. However, YFC would have to pay preparation and cleanup costs and pay for insurance. From the Papers of Torrey Johnson, Collection 285, box 27, folder 14.
